How big should trade show bags be?
We recommend choosing a tote that has enough space for A4 (standard size) paper. This ensures most promotional materials will fit neatly inside as well as smaller sample products and promotional items.
How much do trade show bags cost?
Pricing depends on which options you select. The general rule is: the higher the quantity, the lower the price. The minimum quantity is 50 pieces. The opposite is true with logo printing: the fewer colours you choose, the lower the cost; one-color printing is the cheapest.
Will the bags be ready in time for my trade show?
Many people get caught up in prep work for trade shows and totally forget about the bags until the last minute—often just days before the event starts. Naturally, it’s better to order trade show bags well in advance, but if you’re facing an urgent situation, we can expedite the order with our express printing services. If your trade show is in ten days or less, you can still choose from 13 different colours already in stock and go with simple images, such as products or logos, instead of a formal design process.
The minimum order quantity is 50 bags in these situations. With more advance notice, we can completely customize your order, from the size through the colour and design. Once we’ve agreed on all the details and price, our courier can have the bags to your chosen address within 9-10 days. If you prefer, our courier can even deliver your bags directly to your booth!
