Ordering paper bags online – a quick an easy guide to ordering

Did you know you can order paper bags online without the need to drive anywhere, conveniently from your office or your favorite table at the café?

1. “Hello! We need paper bags!”

First of all, you should feel the desire or need to acquire paper bags. A very reasonable request indeed. It very rarely happens that we receive an order with the size, color, model and everything else clearly laid out. Usually – it just says: We need paper bags, and the most beautiful ones at that! This is where we take over to help you find YOUR perfect bag to fit your vision.

2. “Great!” What kind of bags exactly?”

Now, we will start by asking you a few more specific questions.

For example:

What would you like to put in these bags?

What do you need them for?

How many bags do you need?

Affordable or more luxurious ones?

What is your budget?

With one or multi-color print? (This very much relates to the budget and we will find the option that suits your price range!)

3. "Please find our offer attached.”

Once we have received the answers to these simple questions, we will send you a tailored offer.

If your budget and our offer doesn´t really see eye to eye, we will of course find a cheaper solution for you (without compromising on the quality).

We might, for example, recommend that you go for machine-produced paper bags instead of handmade ones. 

Sometimes when working with clients with really limited budgets, we have suggested to simply stamp their logo on the bags instead of printing it.

4 . “I will send you the logo that should go on the paper bag.”

Once we have agreed on the price and other conditions, we look forward to your e-mail with your logo or any other beautiful picture that you would like to have printed on your bags.

5. “Please find the design of your paper bags attached.”

We will prepare a visual sample of the bags with the logo and e-mail it to you. If it lives up to your expectations, we will start producing the bags.

6.“Hello! Your paper bags have arrived!”

And after a week or two, a courier will be waiting at your doorstep with your paper bags in hand.
